How long are the contracts?
At Electric Sheep, we use one-off all-inclusive contracts. There are no hidden fees. We host your website for free up to the capacity selected during one year with all 3 contracts. The only thing you need to worry about is the hosting of your website after 1 year. We can take care of it (we'll send your a separate price list in this case) or you can relocate your website to another hosting service. Entirely up to you!
Can i switch plans later?
Once a contract has been selected and paid for, our team will start working on it based on your requirements. Changing these requirements (eg: static vs dynamic website) mid-way would be counter-productive. We advise you to have a talk with our technical team to determine exactly what kind of website you need!
What support options do i have?
We have 3 types of support available depending on your contract type. By email, we will usually reply withing 2 business days. By live-chat, during the same business day. By phone, we will react immediately if it's an emergency.
Is there a setup fee?
There is no setup fee. Our prices are all inclusive, and we take care of everything from the beginning.
What types of payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, paypal, and credit-card payment. An official receipt will be delivered upon payment.
Can i modify my website at any time?
If, for any reason, you need to make some modifications on your (static) website, you will have full access to the back-end solution if you wish to proceed yourself. If you would like our team to help you, we would be happy to oblige at no additional cost (1 monthly free modification if you need to update text, images, links...). For dynamic websites, considering the amount of work required, we will charge you a fee depending on the nature of the modification required.
